The price index of the Chemicals group showed 0.2% increase as compared to the previous week and amounted to 8 380.07. This slight growth was fuelled by the rise in the price of diammophoska. Prices of other goods, traded in the group, haven't changed since the previous week.
The price index of the Constructional materials group decreased 2.4% as compared to the previous week and stood at 2 389.63. This fall can be explained by price adjustment of main grades of cement, caused by the beginning of the month. The price-weighted index of the group decreased 13.4% and stood at 2 118.91. This drop resulted from price adjustment and unstable trading volume of both cheap and expensive cement grades, caused by the beginning of the month.
