Moscow Stock Exchange resumes trading in securities

Pursuant to the Decision of the Federal Service for Financial Markets, dated December 15, 2009, the license of Moscow Stock Exchange was revalidated. The Decision is based on the results of the measures adopted by Moscow Stock Exchange to cure the previously revealed breaches of the relevant regulations and to prevent potential infringements of the applicable Russian laws on securities and licensing requirements.

Another Decision of the Federal Service for Financial Markets relates to modifying the license for Moscow Stock Exchange pursuant to its reorganization into Open Joint-Stock Company “Moscow Stock Exchange”.

Moscow Stock Exchange resumed trade in securities on December 17, 2009.
