Commodity trading results for 1st half of October.
The Moscow Stock Exchange (MSE) has summed up its trading results in the Commodity market Section for the first half of October 2009. A total of 56 transactions were registered, about 13.2 thousand tons of goods worth over 67.2 million roubles were sold.
Fertilizers trading in Chemicals group resulted in over 6.5 thousand tons of fertilizers worth approximately 52.9 million roubles, and 31 deals. The price index of the group decreased 6.69% versus September and stood at 7 794.05 points.
Prices for selected fertilizers:
- Ammonium nitrate 3 879.07 roubles/ton (- 3.02% compared to September)
- Diammophoska 9 997.14 roubles/ton (- 5.8%)
- Ammophos 9 000 roubles/ton (- 14.27%)
- Complex liquid fertilizer 11 500 roubles/ton (no changes)
- Diammonium phosphate fertilizer 9 000 roubles/ton (- 14.29%)
Cement trading in Constructional materials group showed continuing rise in the price of CEM II / A 32.5 H started in September. The price index of the group lost 0.05% compared to September and stood at 2 308.87 points. The price-weighted index decreased 3.52% and stood at 2 149.31 points.
A total of over 6.6 thousand tons of cement were sold, 25 deals worth more than 14.3 million roubles were registered.
Prices for main grades of cement:
- CEM I 42.5 H 2 014.05 roubles/ton (- 4.22% compared to September)
- CEM II / A 42.5 H 2 585 roubles/ton (- 2.2%)
- CEM II / A 32.5 H 2 193.69 roubles/ton (+ 6.86%)
